Are your products really handmade?

Yes! Every Artaku shadow box is carefully handcrafted by skilled artists using layered paper-cut techniques. Each piece is unique and made with care — not mass-produced.

Which anime do you offer?

We feature a growing collection of iconic anime titles. From Solo Leveling to classics and fan favorites, we’re constantly adding new designs based on community love and demand.

Can I request a custom piece?

Not at the moment — but we may offer custom requests in the future. Follow us or subscribe to our email list for updates!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

Each shadow box takes 2–3 weeks to craft by hand. Once completed, shipping usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your region.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it anytime on our Track My Order page.

💸 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or refund. For full details, visit our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the product is defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
